Shipping & Delivery Policy
• Processing Time: All original artworks and hand-blended ritual air mists are prepared and packaged with care in our studio. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
• UK Shipping: We ship across the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from dispatch.
• Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow its delivery.
• Packaging: Mists and artwork are packed securely in custom presentation boxes and cushioned with protective materials to ensure safe transit.
Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
• Eligibility for Returns:
o Ritual Air Mists: Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity, room mists must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and with all seals intact to be eligible for a refund.
o Original Artwork & Fine Art Prints: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and packaging.
• How to Initiate a Return: Please email us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return before sending anything back. We will provide return shipping instructions and the address.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return postage costs unless an item arrives damaged or faulty. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service (such as Royal Mail Tracked), as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in return transit.
• Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged or compromised during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund promptly.
• Refund Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Standard or promotional free delivery costs will be included in statutory refunds. If an express or upgraded delivery option was selected at checkout, those additional fees are non-refundable.
